Architectural Guidelines

Guidelines are in place to ensure that every lot fulfills the minimum requirements of Glacier Ridge Estates. Double garage minimum and reasonably sized homes ensure quality and value. Restrictions on ensuring this is not a farm, but we are the ONLY subdivision in Dundurn allowed to legally have a horse. Dundurn permit applications take care of the rest. What is included with a Fully Serviced Lot?

Each lot is fully serviced with a minimum of 5 acres up to nearly 8 acres of environmentally safe lands used only for hay so no toxic farming chemicals.

Each lot also includes to the property edge line: Sask Power Electrical service, Sask Energy Natural Gas, SaskTel phone service, Dundurn Rural Water utility (Saskatoon City Water), entrance approach with culvert for water, 4 corner survey markers

Price of each lot varies depending on market at the time and size of lot chosen. Be sure to click "Get in Touch" for exact details.

All lots are a minimum of 5 acres up to nearly 8 acres. Lots are designed to have a home built anywhere on the lot, most owners locate the minimum required 150 m from the main road and closer to the utilities services to reduce costs. Walk out lot capability is available on most lots.
